The Acosta Academy of Excellence, LLC is a youth soccer academy formed in 2014 with the intention to provide a professional training and playing environment for all level of players to develop under USSF licensed coaches.

Starting with over 30 students collectively just through private training by founder Felix Acosta and co-founder Paolo Acosta , the first team formed to represent Acosta Academy was in March 2015 to compete in the U13 Boys Copa Univision League in SWFL finishing runner-up. We continued to expand in quantity and quality by the summer of 2015, forming two U11 3v3 Boys teams, one U12 3v3 Girls Team, and one U18 3v3 Mens team all qualifying for the National Tournament at ESPN Wide World of Sport concluding with two national championships for Acosta Academy!

Opportunities for Acosta Academy members to play internationally and nationally commenced February 2016. A GPS team rostered primarily with Acosta Academy players developed by head coach Felix Acosta and 1st assistant Paolo Acosta competed in the prestigious 45th edition of the Mcdonald’s Fussball Cup playing indoor in Weil am Rhein, Germany and the outdoor portion in Kembs, France. Representing the United States as the first ever American team to compete in this tournament was an extreme honor especially amongst some of the best clubs included Juventus, Olympique de Marseille, Liverpool, FC Barcelona, and Borussia Dortmund.

By July 2016 as part of our Acosta Academy Small Sided Summer program and building a relationship with USDA member United Futbol Academy, we carried three teams: one U12 Boys team, U13 Girls Team, and one U10 Boys team to Atlanta, GA to train and compete at their indoor and outdoor facilities.

Acosta Academy has grown into one of the most respected training and competitive academies across Florida.
