Paolo holds over 20 years of experience in the Southwest Florida soccer community as a player, coach, and trainer. His passion for the game began at the age of 12, and by 16, he had already stepped into coaching. At just 20 years old, Paolo earned his USSF C License and fully transitioned into a professional coaching and training career.

Paolo currently serves as the Girls Varsity Head Coach at The Canterbury School of Fort Myers, a role he has held since 2017. Under his leadership, the program has achieved remarkable success, amassing a record of 112–39–9 as of March 2025. His teams have captured four district championships (2019, 2021, 2024, 2025), a regional championship (2021) with three additional runner-up finishes, and made history as FHSAA 2A State Finalists in 2021. That same year, the program was ranked nationally in the USC Top 100, and Paolo was named News-Press Coach of the Year.

Driven by his passion for performance and wellness, Paolo founded the Paolo Acosta E-Fit Academy, an online fitness and training platform dedicated to helping athletes and individuals reach their peak physical and mental potential.
